I am not a
very good dancer but I can at least move my body to the beat of any music lol. Do
you know dancing is much more than just fun? Dancing is a very good way to relieve stress and

various types of dance which includes hip-hop, salsa, pole dancing, tap
dancing, belly dancing etc. It is a great recreational and sporting choice, because
